To be held on 26 & 27 May, 2012 will mark the 8^th year of the Bintan Triathlon! If you are one who enjoys exhilarating challenges, athleticism and camaraderie, Bintan Triathlon is the event to experience. Discover the beautiful picturesque scenic locations in Bintan as athletes – both professional and hobbyists – put their limits to the test.

At Bintan Triathlon, there are activities for everyone – the young and young-at-heart, parents and children, fit and not-so-fit. Bintan Island – a tropical island only 55 minutes by ferry from Singapore – provides the perfect backdrop for an ultimate triathlon experience combined with a holiday.

Sprint Distance	750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
Olympic Distance	1.5km Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run
Kids' Distance (ages 8 -11)	150m Swim, 6km Bike, 1.5km Run
Youth Distance (ages 12 - 15)	300m Swim, 12km Bike, 3km Run
Fun Race Duo Challenge	150m Swim, 1.5km Run & Dash to the Finish
