Validity
- Date of booking must be at least 30 days in advance.
- Rates based on per villa / chalet / room / cabana per night.
- Valid for stay from 3 January to 23 December 2010.
- Not valid during peak seasons: 12-15 Feb; 2-3 Apr; 30 Apr - 1 May; 28-29 May; 7-8 Aug; 10-11 Sep and 5-6 Nov 2010 (all dates inclusive).
- Closed out dates: 21-22 May 2010 (both dates inclusive).
- Check-in: 1500hrs (Bintan time)
- Check-out: 1200hrs (Bintan time).
- This offer is strictly limited by allocation of rooms. If rooms have all been sold under this offer, the next best available rate is recommended.
- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, packages or special offers.
- Valid for Singaporeans, permanent residents and expatriates living in Singapore only.

Charges and cancellation

- No cancellation or amendment allowed after confirmation of booking. One night charge applies for any cancellation, amendment request or no-show.

- Due to high demand for Indra Maya Villa, pre-payment is required to secure the villa of your choice. Guests are to furnish credit card details for payment upon confirmation from reservation department.
- Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax at 10% (w.e.f 1 January 2010, the government tax is revised to 11%).
