| Taking its cue from the finest Japanese tradition, Rin’s dining philosophy is simple – it seeks to serve only the best and freshest Japanese food in a setting that is pleasing for the five senses, focusing on teppanyaki, kaiseki and sushi cuisine. Rin also comprises a sushi bar which features huge natural rocks as a design feature; an indoor section with a seating capacity of more than 100 people as well as a lovely outdoor dining section where guests can enjoy their drinks and desserts under the stars, accompanied by the caress of the sea breeze and beguiling music of the waves.
