Turtle Hatchling Release


As part of our efforts to save the sea turtles, Bintan Resorts Cakrawala & Nirwana Gardens have formed a team of conservationists to monitor the costal of Bintan Resorts for turtle eggs & saving them from the wild.

A few hatching grounds have been discovered & we have protected it with fences. These eggs are housed under the supervision of our trained conservationists. Once they are hatched & ready, we will release them into the ocean.

A mixture of modern contemporary and traditional concept, decorated with traditional art pieces which gives a warmth oriental hospitality ambience. A perfect dining venue for groups or private functions with a maximum capacity of 60 persons. EASTO offers authentic Korean & Japanese cuisine, it serves buffet and a wide selection of ala carte menu.

The Korean BBQ Flame Griller is a unique oriental dining style where you can enjoy the selection of succulent tender beef & chicken, grilled to your own perfection, and a variety of sauces to complement your meal. It also features traditional dishes like Kalbi Chim, Bulgogi, Gindara Teriyaki, Tempura Ebi and many others. Culinary team led by Korean Executive Chef, Mr Jung Jae Deuk.

An ancient art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, through fluid, rhythm motion working with the bodys natural flow. This massage gently stimulates energy flow & helps to restore balance & harmony to the body, mind & spirit.

RECIPE FOR WEST SUMATRA BEEF RENDANG

Ingredient 1:

  • Fresh Coconut Milk: ½ litres

Slowly bring the coconut milk to boil then add in Ingredient 2 below

Ingredient 2:

  • Shallot - peeled, blended 80 gms
  • Garlic - peeled, blended 30 gms
  • Ginger - peeled, blended 50 gms
  • Tumeric Root - peeled, blended 20 gms
  • Fresh Chilli - 150 gms
  • Corriander Seed roasted & finely grounded 10 gms
  • Tumeric Leaf - 2 pcs
    Kaffer Lime Leaf - 3 pcs
  • Lemongrass flatten with a mallet 3 pcs
  • Galangal - flatten with a mallet 30 gms

Slowly bring the mixture to boil, then simmer till oil rises to the surface. Add in the beef cubes Ingredient 3 below.

Ingredient 3:

  • Beef Topside cut cube 1 kg

Simmer till the beef is tender then add in the roasted coconut, adjust seasoning

Ready to serve for 8 pax
