Terms and Conditions:
Validity
- Rates based on per villa / chalet / room / cabana per night and single or twin-share basis.
- Valid for stay from 24 Dec 2009 - 2 Jan 2010.
- Super peak seasons (all dates inclusive) and minimum 2 nights' stay is compulsory: 23, 24, 31 Dec 2009 and 2 Jan 2010.
- Check-in: 1500hrs (Bintan time)
- Check-out: 1200hrs (Bintan time).
- Valid for independant traveller booking via the internet only.
Charges and cancellation
- Confirmation of booking subject to room availability.
- Above rates include 2-way land transfers in Bintan (ferry terminal - hotel - ferry terminal).
- Above rates include breakfast.
- Extra bed (include breakfast) at S$50++ per night at:
- Indra Maya Villa;
- Banyu Biru Villa;
- Nirwana Resort Hotel;
- Mayang Sari Beach Resort.
- 3rd person sharing (include breakfast) at S$30++ per night at:
- Nirwana Beach Club.
- Due to high demand for Indra Maya Villa, pre-payment is required to secure the villa of your choice. Guests are to furnish credit card details for payment upon confirmation from reservation department.
- Full charge appliesfor cancellation with less than 21 days' notice or no-show for:
- Indra Maya Villa;
- Banyu Biru Villa.
- One night charge applies for cancellation with less than 14 days' notice or no-show for:
- Nirwana Resort Hotel;
- Mayang Sari Beach Resort;
- Nirwana Beach Club.
- Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax at 10% (w.e.f 1 January 2010, the government tax is revised to 11%).
