Validity

• Rates based on per room/chalet per night and single or twin-share basis.
• Valid for stay from 3 January - 31 March 2010 except 12-15 Feb 2010 (all dates inclusive).
• Check-in: 1500hrs (Bintan time).
• Check-ou: 1200hrs (Bintan time).
• Last check-out must falls on 1 April 2010.
• No refund of cash for any unconsumed meals.
• Buffet or set lunch might serve at Coffeeshop restaurant, subject to hotel's discretion.
• This offer is strictly limited by allocation of rooms. If rooms have all been sold under this offer, the next best available rate is recommended.
• Valid for Singaporeans, permanent residents and expatriates living in Singapore only.
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, packages or special offers.
• Not valid for ad-hoc groups, seminars, meetings, local and overseas travel agent bookings.

Charges and cancellation

• Above rates include 2-way land transfers in Bintan (ferry terminal - hotel - ferry terminal).
• Above rates include breakfast.
• Extra bed (includes breakfast, based on per person per night) at S$50++.
• One night charge is applicable for cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice or no-show.
• Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax at 10% (w.e.f 1 January 2010, the government tax is revised to 11%).
