Validity
- Rates based on per room/chalet/cabana per night.
- Valid for stay till 23 December 2010.
- Peak seasons: 12-15 Feb; 2-3 Apr; 30 Apr - 1 May; 28-29 May; 7-8 Aug; 10-11 Sep and 5-6 Nov 2010 (all dates inclusive).
- Closed out dates: 21-22 May 2010 (both dates inclusive).
- Check-in: 1500hrs (Bintan time).
- Check-out: 1200hrs (Bintan time).
- Last check-out date must fall on 23 December 2010.
- MDIS membership card must be presented upon check-in else next best available rate applies.
- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, packages or special offers.
- Not valid for ad-hoc groups, seminars, meetings, local and overseas travel agent bookings.
- Maximum 3 rooms per booking and 3 days' advance reservation is required - subject to room availability.
Charges and cancellation
- Above rates include 2-way land transfers in Bintan (ferry terminal - hotel - ferry terminal).
- Above rates include breakfast.
- Extra bed (include breakfast) at S$50nett per night at Nirwana Resort Hotel or Mayang Sari Beach Resort.
- 3rd person sharing (include breakfast) at S$30nett per night at Nirwana Beach Club.
- One night charge applies for cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice or no-show.
- Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
- All incidental expenses apply upon check-out.
- Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax at 10%.
