TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Membership:

1. Membership is valid for ONE year.
2. Membership fee is to be paid upon registration (cash or credit card).
3. Membership card is not transferable.
4. Members are allowed to bring along ONE guest and member must be present in order to enjoy the same privileges.
5. 3rd person onwards must pay at published rate for all recreation, facilities and dining. Usage of swimming pool is chargeable at S$10 per adult and S$6 per child (6-12 years old).
6. Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and offers.
7. Any complimentary services cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Family membership is entitled to 2 adults and 2 children (above 12 and below 18 years old) and will be issued individually to each member.
9. Membership card is not valid for corporate, seminars and leisure/meeting incentive group bookings.

Room Reservation and Charges:

1. Voucher(s) must be presented upon check-in.
2. Check-in time is 1500hrs and check-out time is 1200hrs (all Bintan time).
3. Maximum capacity for ONE room/chalet is 2 adults and 2 children.
4. Extra bed at S$50nett per bed (including breakfast for 1 person).
5. Reservations must be made at least3 days in advance and confirmation of booking is subject to availability.
6. All outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions.
7. Maximum 3 rooms per booking; for the 4th room, kindly refer to the next available room rates.
8. ONE night charge applies for cancellation made less than 24 hours' notice or no-show.
9. All incidental expenses are to be settled upon check-out.
10. Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
11. Rates above are inclusive of 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax of 10% (w.e.f 1 January 2010, the government tax is revised to 11%).
