• Check-in time : 1500 hours (Bintan Time)
• Check-out time : 1200 hours (Bintan Time)
• Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax at 11%.
• Rates quoted are based on respective occupancy as indicated, in Singapore Dollars.
• Reservations will be held till 1600 hrs of the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised.
• Full length of stay applicable for cancellation less than 14 days’ notice or no-show.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
